There is a requirement to provide a compiler flag `-H:+InlineBeforeAnalysis` for native mode of `spring-rabbitmq` component. Flag should be replaced with buildItem once following feature (https://github.com/quarkusio/quarkus/issues/16117) is implemented in quarkus.
