Now it worked. :)
I needed to add this config:
```
transforms: tojson
transforms.tojson.type:
org.apache.camel.kafkaconnector.transforms.SchemaAndStructToJsonTransform
transforms.tojson.converter.type: value
```
Without the `transforms.tojson.converter.type` it wasn't working, but now it
is fine
