We have one test using `org.apache.camel.Produce`: https://github.com/apache/camel-quarkus/blob/c492548aaebe0ebe06f8deee7d69dfd0ada88ff2/extensions-core/core/deployment/src/test/java/org/apache/camel/quarkus/core/runtime/CamelProducersTest.java#L80-L82 So we have some basic support for it. I am not sure the case with an interface will work.
