Some attempts to reproduce the issue were experimented in this [PR](https://github.com/quarkusio/quarkus-platform/pull/162). With camel-quarkus 1.4.0, the issue could be reproduced once locally and 2 times on [quarkus CI](https://dev.azure.com/quarkus-ci/quarkus/_build/results?buildId=17136&view=logs&j=24123ccf-4eff-5770-8191-b6b1f004311e&t=fbff3817-001b-52f8-fa34-b76c2106f7d9). With camel-quarkus 1.5.0-SNAPSHOT, the issue could not be reproduced after a ten of CI builds and 50+ local builds. Let's see if this issue occurs again on quarkus-platform CI, in such a case the stack trace would be of great interest.
