I've added the `prodcuer` and `consumer` entries as part of the `scheme`
```yaml
camel-k-knative:
groupId: org.apache.camel.k
artifactId: camel-k-knative
schemes:
- id: knative
http: true
passive: false
producer:
dependencies:
- groupId: org.apache.camel.k
artifactId: camel-k-knative-producer
consumer:
dependencies:
