   Thanks for the additional info.  This looks to me also to be most likely a 
missing fetch problem.
   
   I strongly recommend adding this to every playbook in every camel bit 
everywhere.  AFAICT the only place it isn’t a good idea is when you are only 
building from tags, not branches, or you are experimenting with the UI.
