## Why are the changes needed? The optimizer image workflows reference an undefined `matrix.hadoop` key in their `latest` tag conditions. ## Brief change log Use `matrix.flink` and `matrix.spark` in the respective conditions. ## How was this patch tested? Confirmed both undefined-matrix errors with actionlint before the fix and their removal afterward.
