czy006 opened a new pull request, #4389:
URL: https://github.com/apache/amoro/pull/4389

   ## Why are the changes needed?

   Close #4388.

During the 0.9.0-incubating RC10 IPMC review, reviewers found the source
distribution `LICENSE` incomplete — including a binding -1 for the missing ICU
attribution on a file derived from ICU4J — and the binary distribution
`LICENSE-binary` still missing entries beyond what #4382 fixed.

   ## Brief change log

   Source distribution `LICENSE`:
   - Add the ICU license attribution for `ByteArrayWrapper.java`, derived from
`com.ibm.icu.util.ByteArrayWrapper` in ICU4J (the binding -1 item)
   - List the v3.4 `SparkInternalRowWrapper.java` under the Iceberg section
(v3.3/v3.5 were already listed)
   - List `ThreadLocalCache.java` (copied from Flink 1.18)
   - List the Spark-derived `MixedFormatParserUtils.scala` /
`MixedFormatSqlExtensionsParser.scala` for v3.3/v3.4/v3.5
   - Remove a duplicated `Projection.java` line

   Binary distribution `LICENSE-binary`:
   - Add `javax.transaction:jta` (CDDL 1.0) and `javax.xml.bind:jaxb-api` (CDDL
1.1)
   - Move `org.javassist:javassist` from the BSD section to the Apache License
2.0 section (tri-licensed MPL/LGPL/ALv2)

Note: this change is already applied on the `0.9.x` release branch (commit
bbc636c29) so the next 0.9.0 RC carries it; this PR brings the same fix to
master.

   ## How was this patch tested?

   N/A - documentation-only change (LICENSE, LICENSE-binary). Every file path
added to LICENSE was verified to exist in the tree; javassist now appears
exactly once, in the Apache License 2.0 section.

   ## Documentation

   - Does this pull request introduce a new feature? no
