The idea of **Dynamic Resource Allocation for Optimizer** is excellent, and I’ve had similar thoughts as well. Thanks for driving this feature. That said, this seems to be a relatively large change. Would it be possible to add an ___AIP___ ([Amoro Improvement Proposals](https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/AMORO/Amoro+Improvement+Proposals)) to describe the design in more detail?
