### What happened? `TableProcessMeta.createProcessMeta()` initializes `finishTime` to `-1`. `Long2TsConverter` only converts `0` to `null`, so `Timestamp(-1)` is passed to MySQL, which is outside the valid `TIMESTAMP` range (`1970-01-01 00:00:01 UTC` ~), causing `MysqlDataTruncation`. ### Affects Versions master ### What engines are you seeing the problem on? AMS ### How to reproduce Any table process created via `TableProcessMeta.createProcessMeta()` and persisted to MySQL before completion will trigger `MysqlDataTruncation`. ### Are you willing to submit a PR? - [x] Yes I am willing to submit a PR! ### Code of Conduct - [x] I agree to follow this project's Code of Conduct -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
