## Why are the changes needed? [Dependency] Bump versions of Hadoop and Spark Upgrade core dependencies to their latest patch versions: - Hadoop: 3.4.2 -> 3.4.3 - Spark: 3.5.7 -> 3.5.8 These patch releases include important fixes and improvements that enhance stability and security. ## Brief change log - Updated `hadoop.version` from 3.4.2 to 3.4.3 in pom.xml - Updated `spark.version` from 3.5.7 to 3.5.8 in pom.xml (both default properties and spark-3.5 profile) - Retained existing bcprov-jdk15on exclusion in hadoop-minikdc dependency as it remains necessary per HADOOP-19024 ## How was this patch tested? - [ ] Add some test cases that check the changes thoroughly including negative and positive cases if possible - [ ] Add screenshots for manual tests if appropriate - [x] Run test locally before making a pull request ## Documentation - Does this pull request introduce a new feature? **no** - If yes, how is the feature documented? **not applicable** -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
