During testing of Airflow 3.2 with Helm Chart, I noticed in API Server logs
that the secret length is not equal to or above 64, which is recommended. I
also added a note that the JWT Secret generated by the Helm Chart should not be
used, as during the `helm upgrade`, it will be changed, and some dags can fail
due to token mismatch between components during rollover (mentioned in #64826
issue).
