(Apologies for cross-posting) The State University of New York (SUNY) Geneseo Milne Library seeks a customer-focused and collaborative individual to serve as Digital Resources & Systems Librarian.
As part of the Library Information Technology Services Department, the Digital Resources & Systems Librarian will facilitate patron discovery and ensure consistent access to Milne Library’s collection of digital resources. This includes the administration of discovery services, research databases, electronic journals & books, OpenURL resolvers, and electronic resources management systems. The Digital Resources & Systems Librarian will maintain professional relationships with external service providers, technology suppliers, and consortial partners, in addition to faculty, staff, students, and other campus stakeholders. Moreover, the Digital Resources & Systems Librarian will work collaboratively with library staff to transition Milne’s remaining print serials collection to digital formats. This is a 12-month, tenure-track faculty position reporting to the Library Director.
