Hi!
This is your RHEL subscription and is only valid if you're on a Red Hat Enterprise Linux system. Once your system is registered, you are able to get security updates and bugfixes from Red Hat.

If you are on another distro, such as Fedora, it doesn't do much and you can ignore it. It's not needed for getting updates. You can remove the subscription-manager-cockpit package and it will go away from the sidebar.
