If I'm not mistaken, you can add translations to Zanata [0]. That is up
to date and gets synced into the project automatically.

Interestingly enough, the "Contributing" page [1] doesn't mention
translations at all, nor does the wiki [2]! Are those two pages linked
incidentally? They are similar but not identical.
