I think so at least. Does it make sense?
On topic of bugzilla - I think it would be sufficient to open BZ in separate
tab with prefilled data. But from yours drawings I am not sure, where I can
find link to BZ after reporting it. (Both it can come after reporting to FAF
(if BZ was already created) or after I use 'file issue' and fill everything).
