When is this list is talked about "CM" or "CMS" it means nearly always "WCM"
or "WCMS". Content Management is a topic for all systems, which manage
content - Knowledge Management, Media Asset Management, Web Content
Management, very, very special ones (for managing newspaper articles, etc.)
and so on. Just a "Content Management System" is not possible. But many are
used to just use "CMS", because a WCMS is the most popular CMS. So "Online
Content" is not needed for a Content Management System.
