As we've discussed, most CMSes implement WYSIWYG editing by OEMing Ektron's 
eWebEditPro product, which includes spell check in the latest version:

has the full details. Of course, whether the CMS you're interested in bundles the most 
recent version of eWebEditPro is something you'll have to find out for yourself.
