Hi,

Warning: This is a referral to our own product, so I am biased, but I will keep it clean.

The HardCore Web Content Management system:
- comes with full open program source (but is not Open Source as in FREE).
- runs on ASP (as well as PHP and JSP).
- uses MS Acccess or MS SQL Server (as well as Oracle, DB2, PostgreSQL or MySQL).
- includes a (more or less) WYSIWYG web content editor.
