Please do not post the fact you are available for work. The cms-list is not a jobs/resume posting board.
In this difficult economy, we all know there are many people on the CMS field who are looking for work. If everyone who is looking for work posted to the cms-list, it would quickly cease being the list it is today. If you know of an open position, you are welcome to post that information, as I think many people on the list would be thankful for it. But please refrain from posting your resume, your CV, or the fact you are available for work. The best way to prove to the community that you are capable of being a CMS consultant is to participate in the discussions. Many independent CMS consultants regularly get work in just this manner, from companies doing research via the cms-list and hiring the best consultant who has proven their skills by participating in the discussions here.
