Another all Java one you might try is RedHat CCM. (ccm.rehat.com)
But it only works with Oracle at the moment. It is built on the original
ACS (arsdigita community system).

Last time I tried installing Midgard was a pain, because it is very much
tied with apache and a lot of compiling/configuring to do. There is a
separate admin interface that you'll have to download/install called
Nadmin.
