Dearest List, risking a question stretching the boundries of our definitions of CM, does anyone know of a cheap/opensource web based CRM package? Is there an obvious choice I'm just not thinking of?
requirements are simple: Web based, any level of security, call, email, contact tracking and simple reporting/retrieval.... Would be used to share client leads and follow ups between a few remotely based sales reps. Am looking for something to download rather then build myself, which in this case would mean overbuilding... if you know what I mean.
