Testing the new LTO support in CMake 3.9, it appears that setting INTERPROCEDURAL_OPTIMIZATION to TRUE causes CMake to pass '-flto=thin' to Clang. Is it possible to instead have CMake pass '-flto=full' (or just '-flto') to Clang?
