my question is related to : http://stackoverflow.com/questions/36506300/using-autogen-sh-with-externalproject-add [1] I have to use ExternalProject_Add to compile https://github.com/fukuchi/libqrencode [2] as a gitmodule, it requires to run autogen.sh before running configure.
