It would be awesome if you could teach bjam to generate cmake config 
packages:

 http://www.cmake.org/cmake/help/v3.0/manual/cmake-packages.7.html

Qt uses qmake to generate those, and LLVM generates them with a non-CMake 
buildsystem too.
