Hi

find_package(PythonInterp REQUIRED)
add_test(NAME some_test
  COMMAND ${PYTHON_EXECUTABLE}
    ${CMAKE_CURRENT_BINARY_DIR}/run_test.py
    some_test)

or similar should do the trick.
