The patch mentioned there is necessary for the Wine platform and presumably
has been substantially tested in the two months since you made that change.
That change is in the release, just not mentioned.
Pretty much everything in git next will end up in the release. We do
want to increase the frequency of CMake releases. We are going to shoot
for one per quarter.
