Hi Denis, Thanks for taking care of this. Since this is working nicely in GDCM (kudos to Modestas), I would say something *else* is being doing in VTK. Did you check debian/rules or debian/CMakeCache.txt does not store some precomputed value for CMAKE:JAVA_* variables ?
