I tried the patch listed in that bug report but it didn't change
anything. The files said they were for Visual Studio 7, but I'm using
Visual Studio 9 2008, so maybe that's why? I'm not sure why the files
would target only version 7.
Is there a way to vote for features we want in the next version? Because
I would totally vote for this.
You can vote by creating a tested patch with a clean API. The API and
the testing can be discussed on the cmake-developers mailing list.
