I've been trying to find documentation for the special variables in CTest 2.8, but I can't find them. There are several variables that I know are used to initialize defaults, such as CTEST_SVN_COMMAND, CTEST_UPDATE_COMMAND, CTEST_BINARY_DIRECTORY, CTEST_BINARY_DIRECTORY, etc. Is there somewhere that I can find a full list of these? I would expect something like this in the CTest man page under "variables", but that man page has no such section.
