Did you try the normal CMake-OSX dylib fix up macro 'fixup_bundle()'. This will take care of copying in all the non-system dependent libraries/frameworks and adjusting their "install_name" for you resulting in a stand alone .app package.
If you need help (it is not obvious how to use it) let me know. I have lots of examples on how to use it.
