Hi, what is wrong with CPACK_NSIS_EXTRA_INSTALL_COMMANDS? If I click on "Do not create shortcuts", all the commands are not executed. I think, this is a bug. EXTRA_INSTALL_COMMANDS should be executed always, while there should be another variable CPACK_NSIS_EXTRA_INSTALL_START_MENU that will or wil not be executed, depending on clicking on "Do not create shortcuts".
