I finally updated the Eclipse/Cmake tutorial on the Cmake wiki page.
http://www.cmake.org/Wiki/CMake:EclipseI broke off the Eclipse stuff onto its own page. I added some screen shots to help make clear what I am trying to do. Hope it helps someone.
