Some of the pricing has been misstated recently, so I wanted to
clarify. The pricing referred to by Gene is the Renewal pricing versus
the first year pricing - which is one free purchase a month of
BetterInvesting members (clubs, club members and individuals). Plus the
price for real time purchases has dropped to $12.99 per purchase.
The lowest prices are once a week, aggregated purchases - so they are
definitely not for everyone. Also, MystockFund doesn't provide
research; so if this is a major concern, this isn't for you.
Personally, I have found this as a low cost way for my son (age 23) to
build a high quality, diversified portfolio quickly despite his very
limited investing budget of $80 per month.
The list below is the detailed pricing information. Check the web site
at naic.mystockfund.com for other fees; I have found them attractive, or
at least competitive, versus the alternative brokers I checked on, but I
would encourage you to review the fee listing before making a final
decision.
