Hey all, I'm running into some large performance differences with matrix multiplication between Python's Numpy and Clojure -- so big that I'm almost certainly doing something very wrong. Numpy seems to be able to multiply a 1,000,000x23 matrix by its transpose in under a second, while the equivalent clojure code takes over six minutes. Here's my stack overflow post with the details:

Do you guys have any advice on how to do this in a performant way? Thanks, -- Sam Ritchie, Twitter Inc 703.662.1337 @sritchie09 (Too brief?
