The conflict is not in clojureql, but your namespace. You probably
":use" clojureql and define a custom distinct function which in turn
clashes with the clojureql one. You have to modify your namespace
declaration to exclude or to rename the clojureql distinct.
(ns myoa.core
(:refer-clojure :rename {distinct core-distinct})
(:use [clojureql.core :rename {distinct cql-distinct}]))
Then you can define your own distinct without clashing and are still
able to reference the core resp. clojureql distinct via core-distinct
resp. cql-distinct.
Or you simply exclude distinct and use the fully qualified name:
clojure.core/distinct resp. clojureql.core/distinct.
(ns myoa.core
(:refer-clojure :exclude (distinct))
(:use [clojureql.core :exclude (distinct)]))
Hope that helps.
Sincerely
Meikel
