I have a poor man's version: find . -name '*.clj' | xargs etags --regex=@/Users/stuart/bin/ clojure.tags
clojure.tags => /[ \t\(]*def[a-z]* \([a-z-!]+\)/\1/ /[ \t\(]*ns \([a-z.]+\)/\1/ Anyone have a better approach?
