There is quite a range of frameworks available already, covering
topics such as web development, database persistence, MapReduce and
computer algebra. Try browsing the Clojure language category on
GitHub:

If you meant frameworks in the IDE sense, there are plugins for Emacs,
Vim, Eclipse and NetBeans. It's also worthwhile to search the mailing
list archive if you know what you're looking for.
