Yes, trapperkeeper is still being developed and maintained. In addition to
the jira link already posted (https://tickets.puppetlabs.com/browse/TK),
github issues at https://github.com/puppetlabs/trapperkeeper/issues also
work. If you are seeing specific issues when running against clojure 1.9,
it would be great if you could open a jira ticket or github issue.
