Dear Werner,
I use mmap with CJK pakage in the following example:
\documentclass[10pt]{article}
\usepackage[T1]{fontenc}
\usepackage[noTeX]{mmap}
\usepackage{CJK}
\begin{document}
\begin{CJK*}{GBK}{song}
$\Omega$ 中国
\end{CJK}
\end{document}
Then I meet the following errors:

Package mmap Warning: !!! No .cmap file found for C19 !!! on input line 17.
! LaTeX Error: \begin{CJK*} on input line 16 ended by \end{CJK}.

How can I make the corresponding .cmap file for my case?
