I would say your best bet would be to scour Cisco's website on each part and
see the differences. For instance, there are some functions that a
MSFC2/PFC2 can do that an MSFC1/PFC1 can't do. (AFAIK) you HAVE to have a
Sup 2 to support a MSFC2/PFC2, but you can run an MSFC1/PFC2 on either a
Sup1 or Sup2. If you look on Cisco's website for "Supervisor IOS" you'll
find information about the Native IOS (Native IOS = Supervisor IOS). Hybrid
is where the switch side of the box runs a CatOS and the router part (the
MSFC1/2) runs an IOS. Under Native (or Supervisor) IOS, the IOS controls
the whole box. So basically with Native IOS, every switchport can act as a
separate router interface, so it's like having a router with 200+ ethernet
interfaces =).

I know that's not what you want to hear, but digging on Cisco's website is
about the best way to figure out all of those details.

Here are some URLs to get you going (watch for wrap):

http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/cc/pd/si/casi/ca6000/prodlit/supe_ds.htm

http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/lan/cat6000/sft_6_1/configgd/intro.htm#xtocid72440
