The materials have been updated, especially BSCI.  BCMSN is more
oriented towards the 3550 now, but not too many changes really.
BCRAN added some really simple questions on VPN, xDSL, and Cable,
but otherwise has remained the same for years.  For BSCI, I suggest
getting the new material, all the others are probably fine to study with
even really outdated material such as CY2000.

BCRAN is the hardest test in most people's opinions.  Most people do
BCMSN -> BSCI -> BCRAN -> CIT....but I did CIT first because it's
really easy.  Most people do CIT last since it incorporates questions from
all three other exams.  I think it's beneficial to have studied the BSCI
material before taking the BCRAN, and also beneficial to study the
BCMSN before taking the BSCI, but everyone is different.....
