Instead of using "cilly" script, which invokes compiler, you may 
directly call cilly.asm.exe.  As far as I remember, "cilly" prints the 
command line that executable's invoked with.   This is a "raw" 
cillyfier, which doesn't perform preprocessing and/or compilation.
