This header probably isn't intended to be included.
I't referred only in llvm/CMakeLists.txt:
# special hack for Solaris to handle crazy system sys/regset.h
include_directories("${LLVM_MAIN_INCLUDE_DIR}/llvm/Support/Solaris")
And it's guarded by LLVM_SUPPORT_SOLARIS_SYS_REGSET_H.
