So yeah, this could work.

I have added those tests beforehand.
Is `ASTContext::getParents()` really horribly slow so we want to
duplicate/maintain/track
the current AST stack ourselves?
If so, we will need to maintain the *entire* stack, not just `CastExpr''s...
