Thanks a lot for taking the time to look at it. I will work on the RFC next week, and post it on discourse - and I expect a strong challenging of the project (especially considering I am anything but a LLVM specialist, not a compiler specialist), but this definitely is a chance to get more eyes on this. For the AARch64 ABI points and alignments, I carefully noted the points, and I'll open an issue is the RFC raises any interest - and if I am the right person to lead it.
