This patch works towards consolidating all Clang debug-info into the `clang/test/DebugInfo` directory (https://discourse.llvm.org/t/clang-test-location-of-clang-debug-info-tests/87958). Here we move only the `clang/test/CodeGenObjCXX` tests.
