Apologies for the belated reply on this one; I ran the test suite overnight just to double-check that the test cases I listed were actually caused by my changes. To answer your question,: yes, I have proposed solutions for most of them. Unfortunately I don't think there is just one adjustment that fixes all of them though (some include modifying the test cases themselves others involve changing what I added).
