This requires a `// REQUIRES: arm-registered-target` (like `armv8.1.m.main.s` has), as this actually does try to compile the code. Actually compiling code in Clang driver tests would ideally not be done (we should ideally only inspect the generated command lines), but we do seem to have some precedent for it already in `armv8.1.m.main.s`, and especially for the implicit behaviours that aren't necessarily visible in the command line, I guess there's no other good alternative.
