:clap: Maybe we can get a magic `-fno-preprocess` flag to say "I use no preprocessor shenanigans" and make always-compatible BMIs? Maybe then we could adapt the Fortran/ASM convention where an uppercase extension means "I need preprocessing" and lowercase doesn't.
